David J. Holl is an experienced attorney with a significant background in the financial services and real estate fields. He has handled numerous real estate, financing and other transactions, negotiated and drafted various types of contracts and other agreements, assisted in establishing new businesses in the U.S. and abroad and possesses strong negotiation skills.
In addition to his years working as in-house counsel with multinational corporations, Dave also served as an executive with a successful real estate financial firm with operations in fourteen countries located on three different continents.
